  • We carry out a free initial consultation with the business owner to understand your business
  • We advise and then agree the main areas where you want to get feedback
  • The business owner chooses which clients to talk to and makes introductions
  • We set up and conduct individual telephone interviews with your clients
  • We summarise the feedback in a report and show you how to use it to grow your business
  • We agree a joint action plan to help your business make more money!
